This website exists because of contributions from viewers.  That is what makes it so special.  I am very grateful that you have chose to contribute.

Let's take a moment to review the conditions of your contribution, be it copy, photos or artwork.  You are providing a copy of the work for this website under the control of Clark Merritt, owner. I respect all copyright conditions and promise to obtain permission for  uses other than this website including the House OARgan newsletter.  You should know that any photo, copy or artwork can easily be downloaded from the site by anyone.  Any copyright infringements perpetrated by anyone other than myself are classified as beyond my control however those individuals are liable for their actions.

You should know that in the event the ownership of this site changes, the new owner will be advised that all contributors would need to give their permission again for continued use. Your contributions are not part of a sale of this site as I do not own the contributions, you do.
